Our client is the world's largest and most innovative manufacturer of key products for customers in the automotive, electronics, architecture and packaging sectors, among others. For the company's European Headquarters, in the Zurich area, we are looking for a proactive HR Generalist In this role you will manage the day-to-day HR operations and provide a full range of HR services to a population around 100 international managers and employees. This includes recruitment and onboarding, as well as development and succession planning. In addition you will take care of all HR administration work except payroll and ensure that the company is in compliance with applicable laws and regulations. You will give HR related advice to managers and employees and manage and optimize all HR processes like performance management, salary review and others. The HR Generalist role also involves expatriate support and contribution to global and regional HR projects. We are looking for an experienced and personable HR specialist with master
or bachelor degree or equivalent education with HR focus. You are a 'doer'
with a high level of social and communication skills. You have a good
knowledge of Swiss labour law and several years' HR experience in an international
environment. Your attitude is service-oriented; you are reliable and able
to work on your own. You are fluent in German and English.
