To provide a broad Human Resources service for employees and managers
we are looking for a pro-active and client oriented
Human Resources Specialist / HR Controlling
The key responsibilities include expert first line advice on HR policies,
procedures, monthly payroll processing and reporting, occasional recruiting
of local staff and HR Controlling. The role:
- Act as first point of contact for day to day HR queries on a range of
HR issues.
- Oversea payroll administration for non-expat employees.
- Monitor personal files and establish/maintain European database.
- Manage HR information system
- Regularly review, propose and implement HR policies and maintain existing
HR policies.
- Facilitate the on boarding of all new starters.
- Support HR Manager Europe in expat administration and projects
Requirements:
- At least 3 years experience as an HR Generalist in multinational environment.
- Good knowledge of (Swiss) Labour Law principles.
- A tertiary education qualification in Human Resources Management or
similar.
- Experience in a matrix-organisation is an advantage.
- Very good English and German verbal and written communication skills.
- Figure and Reporting minded, experience in HR Controlling an asset
- Ability to liaise with people at all levels and cultures.
- Good interpersonal communication skills.
