Organisations, just like people, have different values, different styles
of communicating, different cultures and different histories of development.
All these factors affect the employees' identification with their jobs,
their readiness to achieve, their loyalty to the company and the integration
within the whole team.
My main task is to promote this potential synergy: to bring prospective
candidates and client companies together so that individual values and
